Melbreck Associates founder, Alix Crawford, is passionate about helping people to thrive in their world of work through learning and development, building healthy, positive workplace relationships.

Alix has 30 years experience of working across health, care and voluntary sectors.  She has worked in health and social care roles across the country, supporting local systems to develop their workforce through facilitated interventions to shape new ways forward.

Her dedication to the values of Melbreck Associates have been held for many years, and she is continuously building on her knowledge and experience.

​

Her network of colleagues from health and care all have skills and experience in learning and development, and organisational development in systems.

​

The day-to-day services of the business will be delivered by Alix Crawford on-line or face to face.

Alix will draw on a network of associates to deliver training where specialist knowledge is required.
